This year, we host the grandeur 16th HR Summit with the theme "Genesis: From Inception Beyond Infinity," focusing on transformative ideas shaping work culture, inclusive practices, intergenerational collaboration, remote work, and AI integration.
We will explore AI-driven approaches to streamline recruitment, enhance candidate selection, optimize performance management, and foster supportive work environments. The theme emphasizes sustainable practices and resource management, encouraging continuous innovation. We aim to embrace inclusivity and collaboration, leveraging remote work to revolutionize learning and development with personalized experiences, enhancing skills, and fostering organizational agility. Subthemes include "Nova," promoting change and continuous improvement, and "ARK," emphasizing HR's role in preserving core values during transformation.
HR and Operations are closely intertwined in achieving organizational excellence. An understanding of operations enables HR to recruit and train talent effectively, align with operational needs, and support continuous improvement. This knowledge helps HR design relevant training programs, assess candidate fit, and create initiatives that enhance employee satisfaction and retention. HR can also manage operational changes smoothly and drive innovation by fostering a culture of continuous improvement. Ultimately, HR's grasp of operations helps make informed decisions that positively impact overall performance and contribute to industry growth.
